How long will it take to make a custom frame?
Due to the current situation we cannot guarantee when your frame will be ready, it may take several weeks - however we will endeavour to make your frame as quickly as possible.
How much does a custom frame cost?
Because every frame is bespoke we cannot offer a standard price. If you would like us to provide you with a no obligation quote, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@in2frames.com or call us on 01246 474742.
Where is In2Frames?
Our shop is based in Staveley, Chesterfield on 47 Duke Street, S43 3PD. However, we are more than happy to have a consultation over email/phone and send your frame in the mail if you are unable to visit us in person.
Do I have to visit the shop to get my piece framed?
Not at all! Many of our customers love to visit us for a coffee and a consultation. However, we are more than happy to work with you by email and over the phone to frame your piece, and use our white glove courier service to deliver your precious items.
What's the difference between art glass and normal glass?
Art glass is recommended by In2Frames as it not only reduces the reflections on your frame (making it look really fantastic!) but it also protects your items from UV damage. So if the item is irreplaceable, like a family antique, signature or piece of memorabilia, we definitely recommend using Art glass.

Do I pay before or after my frame is finished?
We require a small deposit to secure your frame which is dependent on the entire cost. The rest can be paid upon collection of the frame. If you are receiving your frame by post, we require the full amount paid upfront.
Do you sell anything?
Yes! Take a look in our shop! We sell all kinds of memorabilia and artwork that we frame in house. We can also source and frame memorabilia for you, please get in touch if you are searching for that special something!
How do I know the autographs you sell are real?
We are a member of AFTAL the Autograph Fair Trade Association. This means that every autograph that we sell comes with a certificate of authentication so you have peace of mind that you are purchasing a genuine signature.
Can you help me find some memorabilia?

Absolutely! We can frame anything! No matter the size, shape or material we can frame everything from boxing gloves to jigsaws.
What kind of frames do you have?
We have hundreds of different frames available for you to choose from, and if there isn't anything in our shop that quite fits the bill, there are plenty more that we can order in for you.
I need my frame to match exactly can you help?

Can I mail you my piece for framing?
Yes! Absolutely! We use an excellent white glove courier service that can deliver anywhere worldwide.
How can I pay for my frame?
We accept, Visa, Credit Cards, Bank Transfers and cash. Get in touch if you have a specific request about payment!
Do you offer ready made frames?
No we do not. Each and every frame is hand made in our shop to suit each piece exactly. We do however, sell ready framed pieces and memorabilia and art work, check out our shop!
Can you print my photos?
Yes! Absolutely! If you need some photos printing from a digital file, or you think the print you've brought us is damaged we are more than happy to print your images using our top of the range professional printers.
Can you print on canvas?

Can you stretch my canvas?
Yes! We are very used to stretching canvasses, whether you're a fantastic painter or you have a canvas print that needs re stretching, we can definitely help.
Do you offer giclee printing?

Can you frame my football shirt?
